• Dr. Shafa's dual training in Internal Medicine and Dermatology allows her to use any injectable product for medical use years before it is FDA approved for cosmetic use, giving her the longest hands on experience and knowledge of the risks and benefits of these products.

• Dr. Shafa is one of the few physicians selected to conduct pre-marketing trial studies of different fillers such as Juvederm, Sculptra and Dysport (a true alternative to Botox) before these products become commercially available to other physicians in United States.
